Triad Technologies, LLC was formed in August of  2002 with the merger of three Ohio-based industrial distributors: Triad Fluid Power, Inc., Air-Draulics, Inc., and the fluid connector business of Midwest Fluid Power Company. While each firm was well established in its respective territory, combining forces created opportunities to better serve our customers with a broader product line and wider array of value added services.

Air-Draulics, founded in 1963, and Midwest, founded in 1957, were both located in the Toledo area and served the Northwest Ohio, Southeast Michigan and Northeast Indiana markets. Founded in 1981, Triad Fluid Power served Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky with offices located in Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus and Sidney.

In 2012, Triad Technologies acquired Pennington Rubber Company, a full-line industrial hose and accessory distributor headquartered in Cincinnati.

Our overall philosophy is to provide quality products and services at the highest level of customer service while demonstrating responsiveness to and understanding of our customers’ needs in constantly changing industries.

The 2012 year served as an exciting milestone as we celebrated our 10 year anniversary as Triad Technologies. We are confident the first 10 years of the company have polished the formula by which our organization operates, positioning us to grow our product line and value added services for our customers.
