Swanton Welding & Machining’s new Davi MC4P11 machine
Swanton Welding & Machining’s metal rolling and forming services recently improved with the acquisition of a Davi MC4P11, the industry-standard when it comes to metal rolling and forming, according to the company. This machine is made in Italy and comes from the same region that produces Lamborghinis, Maseratis, Ducatis, and Ferrari. According to the company, Davi-produced equipment performs up to those same “Made in Italy” standards.
Swanton Welding & Machining’s rolling and forming equipment performs precision rolling and forming operations that can generate multiple bends in sheet metal, all while maintaining high accuracy and repeatability, according to the company.
The fabricator works with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials, creating such products as enclosures, channels, frames, hoppers, cones, arcs, rolled tanks, chutes, guards, and many other items involving rolling and multiple bends that area facilities may need.
Since its founding, Swanton Welding & Machining has specialized in carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum industrial and construction projects. The custom metal fabrication process often involves metal cutting, forming, rolling, welding, paint, and assembly, and in each area the company uses advanced technology tools and equipment.
Swanton Welding & Machining was started in 1956 and has grown from a small welding shop to one of Ohio’s largest metal fabricators servicing customers all over the globe, the company noted.
Swanton Welding & Machinings’s goal is to become the most diversified specialty steel fabricating company in the United States, according to the company’s management.
